Tyga's Lamborghini Aventador To Be Repossessed. Hi folks, now this website want to share to you recent update of Tyga's Lamborghini Aventador To Be Repossessed, just see right after it
Rapper Tyga faces having his Lamborghini reclaimed for allegedly failing to keep up with pay instalments.
Executives at Choice Motor Credit (CMC) want to reclaim the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador from the Rack City star, who reportedly owes them $357,500 for failing to make payments on the vehicle.
CMC bosses claim he had agreed to pay around $11,520 a month for seven years but had fallen behind and “ignored CMC’s demands” to pay up in a lawsuit filed in Maricopa County Court in Phoenix, Arizona, according to GossipCop.com.
They had already repossessed Tyga’s 2014 Bentley Mulsanne for a similar reason back in February (16). CMC executives sold the car “in order to mitigate its damages but the sale resulted in a deficiency balance of $91,152.67,” the document reads.
They are asking to be paid $450,000 (£316,000) in total to cover what is owed on both cars.
This is not the first time Tyga, real name Micheal Nguyen-Stevenson, has been hit with a lawsuit over alleged failure to pay bills. He has been sued by landlords on a number of occasions and faced losing a red sports utility vehicle (SUV) in February (16).
A repo company were hired to reclaim the vehicle, but it was parked behind the security gates of his girlfriend Kylie Jenner’s home. It is not known if the car was repossessed.
The most recent lawsuit filed against him was from the landlord of the retail space Tyga rented for his Egypt Last Kings Clothing. According to the legal action, filed in March (16), the rapper left the property in a state and the unnamed landlord wants $75,000 (£53,000) to cover the damage plus five month’s rent.
